The new Patrizia Pepe collection for the Spring – Summer 2020 season was presented in the beautiful space of Epoka restaurant in Warsaw.

Patrizia Pepe unveils its new Spring/Summer 2020 collection in an immersive and enveloping setting which evokes the vibrations and warm shades of Californian landscapes.

Illuminated by neutral nuances, vibrant and solar neon tonalities, the #PATRIZIAPEPEMIRAGE scenario embraces garments and summer accessories from the collection. A flourish of aesthetic cross-contaminations, seamlessly combining individuality and glamour in different wardrobes, designed for every occasion and moment of the day.

Among minimalist lines, seducing asymmetries and artistic prints, a Boho-chic appeal characterised by neoclassical contrasts, the season’s Holistic Voyage expresses the nonchalance of the Patrizia Pepe woman, from evenings in the company of friends at the coolest Los Angeles clubs, to relaxing breaks on the beaches of Santa Barbara. In a reinterpretation of the brand’s essence, the concept of sartoriality is applied to light fabrics, with fluid and deconstructed forms. ‘Safari’ look jackets are developed on cotton and weave fabrics.

In particular, the Californian Sunlight theme favours ‘soft acid’ tones like Didi Grass, Light Hibiscus and Orange Spray, for sheath dresses in jersey with buttoned splits, new trouser suits characterised by a flowing line and workwear-inspired denim items. Metal sparkles exalt party dresses with all-over sequin embroidery and biker looks with cropped forms, whereas the aquatic nuances of Pool and Chloropyl permeate satin or stretch fabric skirt suits characterised by ultra short jackets or long sleeveless waistcoats with a belt around the waist.

The Bohemian Getaways mood alternates distinctive colours like Raw Emerald and Citrine Yellow with the natural shades Ivory and Sand. Fluid silhouettes range from cut-out knitwear with open stitches, to lingeriestyle items with lace and macramé finishes, lamé pinstripes and cotton weaves used for modern safari outfits. Mexican-hacienda influences are blended with sensual touches, unveiling profiles of tassels and undulating fringes, ikat prints on linen bases and patterns with antique porcelain allusions.

In the world of accessories, the iconic Sleepy Fly bag captures the scene with the new suede version featuring hand-made laces and the new Holistic version in washed nappa and gem fly with set stones and rhinestones. Next to it, the timeless Glitterina features in washed python, with shell-effect studs and maxi turtle effect chain, cow-girl prints and buckles, matched with petite pearl mosaics and a fabric cross body strap. In footwear, the flavour of craftsmanship blends with contemporary trends in ultra-flat slides in hand woven raffia, sandals with tassels for a more casual attitude, and sandals with thin straps encrusted in cabochon crystals for more glamorous nights out.

The fashion jewellery collection conveys the warm shades of Californian landscapes with natural stone parures, cabochon crystals with shaded stones and Fly Holistic pendants, reminiscent of charm amulets.
