Plissè Group united against covid-19

Beatrice .b begins production of masks and medical gowns for the hospitals

In this specific moment of International Emergency, Padua-based Plissé group, owner of the Made in Italy brands Beatrice .b, Sfizio and Smarteez, decides not to stop but to use its own resources to support its country starting the production of masks and medical gowns.

“We are facing one of the biggest challenges we have never dealt with, but our nature brings us to never give up” states Morena Bragagnolo together with Paolo Mason, both Ceo and Founders of Plissé Group. “We want to support our country: The Made in Italy is not only the quality of our Products, but love and respect for the people”

For this reason, after an adequate sanitization of all the headquarters’ areas as well as a rescheduling of the work shifts to grant health and safety to all the employees and partners, Plissé decided to start this ‘new’ activity.

“We want that everything is right and regulated” says Paolo Mason, “we have bought the raw materials to produce the masks under experts’ instructions, while a local supplier gifted us the fabric to make the medical gowns; we will sterilize all these products at our expense in order they are ready to be used” .

Plissé foresees to be able to donate this week about 15.000 masks and 1.000 medical gowns to the local ASL (Local health Authority) and it is receiving also a many request from elders’ hospices and other companies that can buy these Products at cost price. “We are all united against this new threat and for us it is a social responsibility we have to face with positivity and firmness” says Morena, “even if we are physically far, we are more united then ever”.
